Join us at Millennium Film Workshop for Life and Death Are the Same Line Viewed from Different Sides, a special evening of moving image works that traverse the fragile, resonant thresholds between being and non-being, presence and absence.
The evening’s program brings together three films by Larry Gottheim and Clare Archibald that, across decades and mediums, breathe into the liminal spaces where life and death fold into each other—not as opposites, but as movements along the same continuum. The title draws from this shared recognition: that presence and absence are not endpoints but ever-shifting states of perception, embodiment, and transformation.
