Instructor: CLIFF ROTH
Cliff Roth, an independent filmmaker, has taught video production at the School of Visual Arts, and audio production at the Institute for Audio Research. He has written extensively about video for a variety of publications (including The New York Times, The Washington Post, CNET, Videomaker, and Rolling Stone) and has authored two books, "The Low Budget Video Bible," and "Mobile Computing for Dummies." For five years he has been the editor of Video/Imaging DesignLine, covering developments in video technology. The Stoned Channel, Roth's first feature, combines 16mm and video filmmaking. The Reagans Speak Out On Drugs, Roth's hilarious short, has screened at many festivals and on USA network cable-TV, and was created at the Millennium Film Workshop, where Roth has taught since 1986.
